.Donuts' Discord Support is a Discord support service run by Paul (.Donuts), a community manager and Discord specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience building, moderating, and growing Discord servers.
The work started the same way most things do in Discord: stepping in to help a community that needed it. What followed was ten years of server setups, moderation systems, growth strategies, accessibility rewrites, bot configurations, and a lot of troubleshooting at odd hours. That experience is what this site is built on.
What we offer
.Donuts' Discord Support runs on three things:
Free guides and audits. The knowledge base covers server setup, moderation, formatting, growth, and automation, all written from practical experience, not documentation summaries. Free server audits are available if you'd rather have specific advice than general reading.
Keystone Bot. A Discord bot built around the workflows that matter most to growing communities in the video gaming space. Community health monitoring, giveaways with automatic key delivery, persistent key pools, invite tracking, and forum-to-spreadsheet logging. Free to invite, with premium features available.
Human help. For when you want someone to handle it. Server setup, moderation systems, documentation, and ongoing community reporting, all done by real people who have been doing this for over a decade.
Why .Donuts' Discord Support
Discord communities fail quietly. Members drift, structure breaks down, safety gaps go unnoticed, and by the time it's obvious something is wrong, the damage is already done. Most bots and most support services are reactive, i.e. they help you fix things after the fact.
.Donuts' Discord Support is built around the idea that most of that is preventable with the right setup and the right systems in place early. Whether you want to do it yourself, be guided by a bot that surfaces what needs attention, or looking to leave it in the hands of trusted experts: .Donuts' Discord Support will help you get there.
Not affiliated with Discord
.Donuts' Discord Support is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. All guides and advice reflect independent experience and best practices.
