- Discord server ID (when provided)
- Support ticket content and uploaded files
We do not create user accounts on this site.

We use your information to:

- Provide educational and troubleshooting assistance
- Improve our services and documentation
Data Retention

Support tickets and associated files are deleted 30 days after resolution. Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Keystone Bot
Information We Collect
Keystone Bot collects and stores the following data when added to a Discord server:
- Guild ID and basic guild metadata
- User IDs and display names of members who interact with bot features
- Support ticket content, uploaded attachments, and generated transcripts
- Publisher templates and their posting configuration
- Invite tracking data (who invited whom, join timestamps)
- Giveaway entry records, winner selections, and key claim records
- Key pool configuration, claim records, and claimer user IDs
- Milestone configuration and state per guild
- Sheet Logger channel links and configuration
Keystone Bot requires access to message content and guild member data to operate certain features. It does not store message content or direct messages, with one exception: messages sent within support tickets are saved into ticket transcripts. Otherwise, data collection is limited to explicit bot interactions and the information listed above.
How We Use This Data
Data collected by Keystone Bot is used exclusively to:
- Operate the features you have configured (milestones, publisher, tickets, giveaways, key pools, invite tracking, sheet logging)
- Maintain accurate records for prize distribution and claim verification
- Generate leaderboards and referral statistics within your server
Data Retention
- Active data is only retained for as long as necessary to provide you with the requested service, e.g. a 7-day or 30-day invite leaderboard. The data is protected using commercially reasonable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
- Giveaway and key pool claimer records are automatically wiped 30 days after a giveaway ends or a key pool is closed.
- Ticket records are automatically anonymized 30 days after resolution.
- On bot removal, server data is retained for a maximum of 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
Data Sharing
Bot data is not shared with third parties. Sheet Logger data is written to a Google Sheet that you own and control using a Google Service Account. We do not have access to your sheet beyond what is required to operate the feature.
Your Rights
Server administrators may request deletion of their server's data at any time by contacting us via the contact page.
Server members may opt out of username and user ID being collected by using the /privacy command on a server they share with Keystone.
Children’s Privacy
This site is not intended for minors.
