Invite Tracker

Invite Tracker monitors how members join your server and attributes each join to the invite link used. Leaderboards post automatically on a schedule and can be pulled manually at any time. Notification thresholds let you recognize top referrers as they hit targets.

What makes it different

  • Pull all-time invites. Displays join data for all existing members to get a quick look at who your top referrers are.
  • Milestone notifications. Set a referral threshold with an optional role ping so top referrers get surfaced automatically when they hit a target.
  • Flexible leaderboard views. Pull results by your configured period or all time, on demand or on schedule.

Setup

setup → auto-track new joins

Run /invites setup to configure the leaderboard channel and auto-post interval. New joins are tracked automatically from that point. Run /invites top period:All time to scan all current members and display them.

Commands

/invites setup - Configure the leaderboard channel and auto-post interval.

/invites backfill - Import join data for all existing members retroactively.

/invites top - Display the current invite leaderboard, by configured period or all time.

/invites notification - Set or remove additional referral milestone notifications with an optional role ping.

/invites reset - Wipe all stored join data for this server. Irreversible.

Troubleshooting

  • Leaderboard not posting: check that the configured channel still exists and the bot has Send Messages permission in it.
  • Members showing unknown join source: Discord may not have data for very old joins. Backfilling covers what the API returns, but some historical records may be unavailable.
  • Referral notification not firing: confirm the threshold is set with /invites notification and that it hasn't already been crossed before the notification was added. Notifications only fire going forward from when they are configured.
