Publisher handles the workflow of repeatable messages: follow Steam News by AppID, RSS feeds, or compose messages with a live preview. Either post immediately or schedule for later, and reuse saved templates for anything you send regularly. Announcement channels can also be set to auto-publish every message, saving you a click.
What makes it different
- Steam News and RSS support. Follow up to 3 games and feeds on the free plan, up to 10 each with premium.
- Natural-language scheduling. Type "in 2 hours", "tomorrow 9am", or "next friday 5pm" and it just works. Override with timezone mention like "5pm UTC".
- Live preview while composing. See exactly what your message will look like before queuing it up.
- Template library. Save any composed message as a reusable template and load it back into the composer any time.
- Auto-publish channels. Configure announcement channels to auto-hit Discord's own Publish button on every message so you don't have to.
- Full queue management. Edit, reschedule, or cancel any pending message from
/publisher queue, right up until it goes out. - Two image display styles. Switch between a full-width gallery image and a compact inline thumbnail with a single click.
Setup
setup → compose → post now or schedule → manage the queue

Run /publisher compose to open the composer. Fill in a title, body, optional image, and optional button, then pick a channel and post immediately or schedule for later. Scheduled messages can be managed any time from /publisher queue.
Commands
/publisher setup - Configure timezone, log channel, and optionally which announcement channels to auto-publish messages
/publisher compose - Opens the composer to build a new message, or start from a saved template with the added optional argument
/publisher queue - View, edit, reschedule, or cancel scheduled messages.
/publisher templates - Load a saved template into the composer, or delete one.

Troubleshooting
- Custom time not recognised: try a clearer format like "in 2 hours", "tomorrow 9am", or "aug 12 15:00". Times without a named timezone use your configured setup timezone.
- Scheduled announcement failed to send: check
/publisher queuefor the error. Common causes are/publisher setupwasn't finished, a deleted channel, or missing Send Messages permission. - Auto-publish not firing: confirm the bot has Manage Messages permission in the channel(s).
- Edit or reschedule buttons disabled: only pending messages can be edited or rescheduled. Once posted, only Save as template remains available.
